Eksjöhus, Sweden

Eksjöhus is one of Sweden’s oldest manufacturers of houses. For over 75 years it has been designing, building and selling structures that have become homes for thousands of people in Sweden and abroad. The company’s local offices are distributed in 22 locations – from Malmö in the south to Umeå in the north. The heart of the company is of course Eksjö. Here you can find the house factory, a sawmill and the company headquarters. It is this centre that has been illuminated with luminaires supplied by LUG. Eksjöhus is a company that controls all the production stages, from the preparation of the raw materials to the transport and assembly of the house ready to be moved into. Because they focus on the highest quality of their products, the lighting supplier was also expected to provide perfect illumination for their facilities.In order to illuminate the new factory in Eksjö, LUG supplied almost 400 CRUISER 2 PLUS LED luminaires.An important aspect of the lighting design was to achieve a perfect uniformity of light, which is essential for full working comfort. For external lighting, a POWERLUG MINI LED illuminator was used.
