Last month’s LUG has finalized in Ireland two significant projects where the project was based  at LUGSTAR Premium LED.

First of them was modernization of famous “Pier B” – the oldest part of Dublin Airport, where more than 200 pcs. of the luminaire with 3000 lm and 4000 K have been used.

Second application was University College Dublin, Sutherland School of Law. There are more than 400 pcs. of LUGSTAR LED installed for this project.In this application LUG offered two variants of the downlight – 2000 lm and 3000 lm, one of them with glass of IP43.

Even more, we just want to announce that LUG has just entered into several years contract with one of Belgian leading chain stores for supply of LUGSTAR HI-CRI – top product in retail applications of significant colour rendering parameters–CRI = 93!   By selecting this LUG product to its interior, the shop fitter has choose the optimal synergy of lighting durability (lifespan of 50.000 h), along with outstanding optical parameters.

Energy efficient downlights are very attractive to many types of applications, since they not only reduce energy consumption, but also  ensures great lighting parameters as well as due to low heat emission provide significant interior maintenance costs (e.g. air conditioning).
