The building of the Szubin City and Municipal Office is located in Szubin, at 12 Kcyńska Street. It was built around 1910. Until 1919 it was a residential building of the German county governor. Since 1950, this building included offices of the former district office and apartment. At present, there are offices of the Shubin Town and Municipal Office. In 2012 the building has undergone a thorough refurbishment. The renovated façade was illuminated with architectural LED luminaires by LUG - MODENA LED and RUNA LED.
